  • Well what can i say….3 weeks in and lost 5pounds!!! Brilliant news. the first time I’ve been under 14 stone for at least 2 years!!!! next fast day tomorrow and really look forward to it.

    Slight problem though……i still have a bloated stomach….or is it just fat? I do drink a lot of coffee and not typically regular if you get my meaning……..any remedies to rid the bloat????

    I drink plenty of water, particularly on fasting days, I aim for 1.5 litres plus coffees and teas. I a slice of lemon or lime in it if plain water too boring.

    I’ve had extreme bloat in recent years and couldn’t determine the cause. Finally discovered I was gluten intolerant and the minute I cut gluten out of my diet the bloat and gasiness disappeared. Just a thought that may be worth exploring, you don’t realise how many foods cause bloating.
