I am a follower of The Fast Diet but posting here for the first time. I have a very flat butt and I want a well-maintained one. Are booty bands a good option for me? What exercises and diet plan would you recommend me?
So you want to add muscle to your butt? It can be done but it’s not easy. Building any muscle is best done with weights. for the butt hip thrusts and squats are the way to go. to gain muscle you need to increase your protein intake and over all # of calories eaten.
