Hi, I have hypothyroidism but on levothyroxine. Has anyone tried getting their bloods tested prior to, or during this diet? Did you see any changes? How did you go about it? I am also particularly interested in my T3 levels as well as cholesterol and sugars. Has anyone ever done this and seen an effect? I have seen a few private labs do this, my GP will only test my TSH and T4 every 6 months.
