  • Does anyone (everyone?) else enjoy their non-fast day tea as much as I do? I drink my tea with milk and less than a tsp of sugar in it, and what I’ve noticed is that I don’t miss the hint of sweetness on fast days, I miss the bitterness-cutting properties of the milk. So the day after a fast, I really, really, really enjoy my first cuppa in the morning.

    Ahhhhhh

    replace it w/ flaxmilk unsweetened

creamy delish low cal no weird taste like all those other alternative milks
