Been a week.. Questions!,,

  • Been on the diet for a week and lost 5lbs but have lots of questions… I cycle to work approx 40 mins each way am I ok to fast on those days…. Also I don’t seem to get to my bmr calories on non fast days, manage about 1500 is that ok? Loving the fast days though and non fast days I am looking at food so differently

    if u put in search the cycle u will find people who will
    be cycling on fast days

    key is enough water drink more

    i usually do 20% – my tdee

    1500 sounds good but calculate

    Thank you, that is fab… Just on a fast day and cycled back from work but took it easy as feeling a little giddy but once slowed was much better… Looking forward to my eggs and spinach
