I ballroom and Latin dance 2-3 times a week for 1-2 hours. I know some would consider this exercise but I’m pretty fit so I use it for NEAT. As a widower I find the social experience, music and movement very uplifting. It also combines mind and body exercise in one activity.
I used to do martial arts but I find my dance partners to me more attractive and much better smelling! LOL
