There is no obvious place to post this so apologies if there is a more appropriate forum I should be using.

My questions is this: I bought the Fast Diet audiobook and it it, there are a number of references to a pdf that come with it. Can anyone tell me where I get the pdf as there is no instruction with the book (which is incredibly frustrating).

Can anyone help with my query?

I would contact the site you d/l the audiobook from and ask their advise. 🙂

Audible (who supplies the audiobooks for iTunes) has the accompanying reference guide available for free download to the public from their web site.

(Search for The FastDiet from the Audible home page and the link for the pdf is mid way down the page after the Publisher’s summary).
