  • Hi all I’m new to this first day I’m starving any tips on how to get through this is my first day help op pleassb

    I’ve found watermelon is really good – only 30 calories in a pack from tesco. Also caffeine stems my hunger. Plus I save my calories for as late in the day as possible so I don’t go to bed hungry.
    Good luck

    High protein helps. I have an egg midday to get me through to dinner.
