Another newbie

  • Hello all… newbie at doing this diet and seen so many great results.
    I have a question, if I fast after my main meal on a Monday and eat my 500 calories on a Tuesday for dinner, does the fasting clock stop once I eat my dinner or does it continue I til my next meal near in mind you can eat this at anytime of the day?

    Most people start the fast after the evening meal, eg on Monday, eat their limited calories eg 500 over Tuesday, go to bed and wake up for a lovely morning-after-fast-day breakfast on Wednesday.

    However if your lifestyle demands it, you can figure out something that works for you. The aim is to make it easy and sustainable so you can fit it into your life long term.

    That’s exactly my thinking of how I would have done it, to make the most of hours fasting.
    Having a read through of the forum to see if I can pick up any hints and tips.
