    I’m starting my 5:2 diet this week with my fasting days on Tuesday & Thursday. Those days I also practice Yoga so my mindset is centre focused if that makes sense.
    I have 14 kgs to shed to get back to my normal weight. The weight I carry now was gained over the last 4 years.

    Hello Wendy2424. I also fast on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Today is my 8th fast, i.e. fourth week of 2 fasts a week. I have a few kilos to lose , but 5 inches to lose on my belly! I don’t understand how the weight is not much, but the inches are so significant. I’m petite at 5″1, although slim build, the belly is very noticeable.

    I’m planning to do a couple of sets of 10 reps of squats, push ups, crunches, elbow dips and planks a day. I hate exercising, so buying a gym membership is just a waste of money, hope a few extra moves will help me in the right direction.
