I want to lose weight and be healthier. Im not diabetic but from reading about the 8 wk low blood sugar diet it seems to be aimed at those who have diabeties type 2. I know someone whose is on it and he has lost 2 stone. But would i be better on the 5:2 diet?
Eating less sugar and refined carbs is always a good idea no matter what program you are on. Less sugar and 5:2 will work great!
