5:2 and 6:1 together

  • Using a die (one dice) you can keep the Monday-Thursday routine and still have a 6:1 fast on average. On Monday roll the die. An even number means “eat” an odd number means fast. The benefit of this approach is angst. Thinking about fasting may just trigger the biological results desired for someone who does not need to lose weight. I’m not there yet but I wonder if one can keep the effects by just fasting when a 3 or a 6 is rolled. What do you think?
