500gms lost!

  • I do not find eating 800 calls a day hard. I followed this regime for 7 days and did three lots of 1.5 hrs weight and cardio exercises. I lost a total of 500gms! My husband did this regime along with me and he lost 4 kilos. Can someone explain why this happened?

    Generally in the first week it is mostly water loss. Lots of things effect water loss, how much you have in your cells to start with, time of month, how much is being used in bodily functions like inflammation and digestion. Other things effect weight loss too, the body is very complex.

    Try not to give your husband too many dagger looks! Just keep going, your turn will come.
