Hi there everyone. I’m a newbie on this site but an old hand at intermitent fasting… after losing 5 st, had a bit of a glitch (10lbs) but right back to it again now. Have started again several times…. works every time if you remember to forget the bad days/weeks asap… good luck to everybody and God bless M.M.
