24 hour fast question – when to eat

    I’m currently doing a 24 hour fast before following it up with what will end up being a 38 hour fast after one meal (eating at 10pm and man the hunger is biting, has been since 5pm as I’ve had a very physical work day)

    Is this a right approach to fasting, to fast 24 hours then at 24 hours and 1 minute I’m stuffing my face with a 1000 calorie meal (protein and salad but still, the hunger…oh man)

    This is only my second 24 hour fast so I’m a newbie.

    It does though I’ve since seen a lot of conflicting opinions around it.
