  • Hi everyone im on my first day of the 5.2 diet does it have to be 2 consecutive days or can i split them ?

    Hi @lolleyh the advice from Michael Mosley is that fasting should be on NON consecutive days. This is to make this way of eating easier and more sustainable. It also means that you can move the days around to fit in to your lifestyle.

    If you read the ‘faq’ link at the top of the page, there is a load of information there. There’s also lots of info available in the forum posts as everyone finds their own way of doing this.
