I have done a week on the diet and was so disheartened when i didn’t lose any weight at all.
to day i was starving i usually have a green smoothie for breakfast but decided to skip it and wait till later to eat something , i have been in the garden digging ect and was so weak and starving that i had to come in for something to eat .
I decided to to try this muffin Dr Oz one ,i have had it before but thought it would fill me up so far no joy i feel to need to eat , i won’t though till at least 3pm maybe a smoothie then salmon and veg for tea .
In case anyone is interested here is the recipe :-
40 grams of flax seed ground or left whole
1 egg
1 teaspoon coconut oil
2 teas cinnamon
1 teas baking powder
stevia to taste not much though.
put into a mug and mix well then microwave for 50 seconds .
Would love to know what people think of it , i can tolerate it , i just wish i wasn’t so starving all the time . Funny thing was last week i wasn’t , maybe i will lose weight this week.
