  • Hello, just read the fast exercise book, most interesting, I’m a keen cyclist so will be giving the hits a crack on my rollers this winter. I was kinda surprised though when I worked out my VO2 max using the calculation in the book with a rest rate of 38 and max. Of 170 gives me a vo2 max of 68 !!! Surely that can’t be right (51 years young)
