Hello.
I’m new to this. I’ve almost finished the first week, and am waffling on whether to continue.
I’ve lost more than 100 pounds on a different diet and doing exercise — basically, getting healthy — over the course of a year and a half, and am now at a healthy BMI. However, the weight loss has stalled and I still have a bit — about 15 to 18 pounds, I think — to lose. I feel like my optimum weight is somewhere in the middle of the BMI charts, not at the top end. My fat problem seems to be concentrated in the abdominal area and the thighs. **sigh** I feel like I already eat in a way that is healthy.
Anyway, I’ve been thinking that maybe The Fast Diet would help me kick off those final pounds and the fat that is still lurking around my tummy and thighs. I gave it a try this past week while I was reading the book and will weigh in in the morning to see how it went. I’m waffling on whether or not to continue with the Fast Diet, or to continue with what I’d already been doing.
I’m going to explore the forums. Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello.
