  • Hello. My name is Nico. I anm 32 years old and my weight was 150 kg (330 lb) at 2 meter (6.56 feet) body height. That was an BMI about 37.5. So 2 of my colleagues who reduced their weight extremly told me about the fast diet.

I never had diets bevor, because i don’t believe in that. But the concept of intermitted fasting sound so good to me and i knew that i can fast 2 days a week. I bought the book at the end of May. I started at the beginning of June

Now, in about 6 weeks i lost about 5 kg (11 lb)

As written in the book, i went to my doctor and let control my blood to LDL and HDL. But thats just normal.

It’s amazing to see, how the Weight diagram in my diet diary heading down!

    Hi Nico,

I live in England but I am German. Good you found this forum, I don’t think there is as much information on the net in German as there is in English (might be wrong though on that). It is a shame that the BBC programme “Eat, Fast and Live Longer” is not available in German, it would be an eye opener for many.

Good luck fasting – viel Erfolg!

    Hi Dummerchen,

maybe it’s better in English. The translations on TV are ugly! 😉

    Thanks for your wishes.

hi Nmeier81 – whilst the Horizon Programme may not be available in Germany, there is plenty of info online in German on the subject and it seems to be quite popular.

Sometimes I have to smile at my granddad’s advise to being overweight: FDH – not too far off from intermittent fasting. :-))

I hope you enjoy this WOE/WOL GOOD LUCK
