Help!! losing momentum :(

  • Hi, started 10 weeks ago & lost 8lb very quickly then nothing!! Have been exercising too so guess I’m putting muscle on. Lost 4cm off waist but then nothing. I was really getting into the swing of it but feel I’ve lost momentum due to lack of weight loss in the last 4 weeks. Any advice gratefully received! Thanks

    well congrats 8lb wow!!!!!!!!! i have read where u can hit a plateau.. and than do the 4-3 diet.. i not sure cause i am doing ok on 5-2.. i just started my 3rd week..
