Week 1 fasting complete loss of 1.7kg !!!
First fast day (Monday) complete ;
– Last meal Sunday 8:30 pm
– Monday morning Protein (Prana)shake + blueberry (plant protein) 180 cal
– Monday Night Chicken Salad – 240 cal
– During day 1/2 carrot and 1/2 medium apple – 70 cal
– workout on Monday morning weight training at gym
– Fasting was easy and today Tuesday morning 8:30 am protein shake.
Second fast day (Thursday) complete ;
– Last meal Wednesday 8:00 pm
– Thu morning Protein shake (plant protein) 150 cal
– Thu morning Protein (Prana)shake + blueberry (plant protein) 180 cal
– 1 carrot and 1 guava during day – 90
– Thu Night cottage cheese and Salad – 338 cal
– workout on Thu morning weight training at gym
– Fasting was easy and today Friday morning 9:30 am protein shake.
Will update the group on weight and progress after 2 week, looking forward to see how
I control on the weekend and how much how weight loss is water loss will know on Tue
weigh in on Tuesday.
