    I’m 78KG with 5’10” height. So my BMI is coming at the borderline of slightly overweight. I want to lose few kilos. Please suggest me fruit juice which has low calories but good amount of energy so that I can exercise and spend my day without feeling tired.

    Actually, energy and calories are (simplistically) the same thing. So low calorie foods are, by definition, low energy.

    If you are trying to lose weight, fruit (rather than fruit juice) is a better option as you also get the fibre.

    If you are looking at foods that will give you a long sustained release of energy (rather than a shorter, more intense burst of energy), you need to consider the G.I. (glycemic index) of foods. Thre is a lot of information on the internet about this.
