Hi there. I have been doing 16:8 for a while and have now added in 2 – 3 fast days each week. I am finding it easier to fast on a work day as plenty to keep me busy, however we have a “compulsory 1 hour lunch break”. I usually go out for a walk for 30 mins, then have my lunch. On a fast day I would like to eat half my calories (up to 250) during the second half of lunch time, then have a small meal in the evening as well. However! I have read it is better to fast as long as possible and just have one larger meal in the evening, trying to get in at least a 24 hour period of fasting. This is apparently much better for weight loss (one of the reasons I am following this lifestyle). Does anyone have any opinions or experiences of when it is easier or best to eat on a Fast Day? Has it made a difference to you?
