  • Hi all I did the May challenge and lost 11lbs which was amazing but so far this month I’ve only lost 3! Average of only half or quarter pound a week. Is this right? The only thing I have changed is I’m doing 4-3 should I go back to 5-2? Do you think I’m doing too many FD’s.?

    Would appreciate any feedback and advise

    Slogan, hello again from another thread.
    I think that your body is adjusting. 11 pounds in one month is astounding and your cells and metabolism have to catch up.
    It isn’t about switching to 4-3 from 5-2. Coincidence is not causation. keep on keeping on and you will keep losing. Sometimes there are big drops, sometimes it is slower.
