Hi all just measured my waist today and got a shock. I only measure my waist once a month on the 20th i never weigh myself you can’t trust scales i find but you can’t argue with inches lost or gained. Well i lost another inch in a month no big deal right? but i didn’t fast over Christmas say 2 weeks and ate ALOT of rubbish so i’m surprised and pleased.
