Totally motivated!

  • After watching the BBC program by Dr Michael Mosley I was totally fascinated and ordered both books. The Fast days are not as difficult as I thought they would be and my weight loss has been remarkable. I am feeling energised and totally motivated to make this my ongoing lifestyle choice. I turn 60 next year and look forward to being a “healthy” pensioner

    Nice to read something positive. Good luck from another almost pensioner who has been on the fasting diet for two months. One stone down but not finding it that easy, starving right now in fact, only fours hours to dinner, off to the gym to pass the time and burn a few calories.

    Hey Jojo. Staying motivated can be tough, no matter what you are trying to accomplish. Sometimes you just need a little mantra, that little something to tell yourself each time the going gets tough. Try “If it doesn’t challenge you it doesn’t change you”.

    welcome! I am new to 5:2 but already in the first week am feeling the benefits and any weightloss is a bonus! Also healthy and motivated! 🙂
