too many calories?

  • Well i used the calorie calculator… But it’s saying to have over 2000cals. Now surely I don’t lose weight having that??

    I’m assuming you mean your TDEE is over 2000 cal. If you think that is high, you might review your activity level. Most put in a level that is too high for them. Pick the one you think applies to you, and use the next one down.

    Second, with 5:2 you do not have to eat to your TDEE on non diet days – you eat to your TDEE or less. So if you think eating 2000 cal is too much, don’t do it!
