The lowest BMR and TDEE calculator I've found!

I got a bmr of 1388 and a tdee of 1566

That’s so low, the lowest number from an online calculator I’ve found yet!

Hmm .. I think I will ignore that one.

Inexplicably, it shows my BMR the same as my TDEE. That would suggest I spend the day in bed ! It does offer me about 2400 kcals a day, mind. Now that is tempting compared with Our Leader’s app which limits me 2200 kcals. TDEE !

It’s ridic, I’m ignoring it also. It’s difficult to know what’s accurate…who decides these numbers? I’ve had some crazy calculations …
