  • Hello everyone,

    I shall be starting the Fast Diet today. Usually slim and a healthy weight, I have put on fourteen pounds since February, after severely injuring my ankle. I’m now in a position to exercise again, and would like to also refine my diet. In the past I have been on only one diet which succeeded. I believe that this was because I regularly monitored my progress (weekly) and, importantly, had the support of others. I hope I can find that same, supportive environment here and offer the same to you.
