TDEE & 25%

  • Hi again, if your tdee is more or less than 2000, do you use 25% of that figure for the fast day, or stick to 500

    Hi Target:

    Start with 500, especially if your TDEE is greater than 2000. Then adjust. If you aren’t losing weight, lower to 25% of your TDEE if lower than 2000, and more closely watch how many calories you are eating on non diet days.

    I just do the 600 calories for me. I don’t want to have to adjust it very often.
