Started 4:3 Today!

  • Hi! I did 5:2 a while back, and I did lose weight, but now I’m bigger than ever and want to get it off as quickly as possible. So I restarted, this time 4:3 today. I have Mimi Spencer’s wonderful book Fast Beach Diet, and when I read about it in her book, the lightbulb went on, even though I have books on it, and the concept isn’t new to me!

    I will be using her wonderful journal (at the back of her book), and I’m glad I finally made up my mind to just do it.

    Good luck with your new start. I am all very new (as of yesterday) to the concept, but thought that the 4:3 as a kick start could be a good way for me to go.
