Should one fast when you sick?

Hey everyone. I have a cold at the moment. Should I be fasting while I am sick? I have been doing 5:2 for about 5-6 weeks now. Thank you. Kind regards, Rara.

Hi Rara,

I don’t know whether you should or not, I suppose it depends on how sick you are. I just wanted to pipe up here to say that I did not change my 5:2 routine when I got sick two weeks ago; I fasted just the same.
