Second Week – 3rd FAST Day

  • Hello! Hope you all had a great weekend….mine was pretty good, ate and drank a few extra things but today is my 3rd FAST day and so far so good. Had black coffee and lots of water this morning. Just had one boiled egg, some baby carrots and a cup a soup and feel stuffed. Lots of water this afternoon with some herbal tea as well then dinner around 8pm of grilled chicken, spinach and cauliflower.

    Feeling great and looking forward to tomorrow. Have a great week!

    well done! i too am feeling very motivated but only my first week so not sure if there’s a “dip” to come.
