  • I am using psychotherapy as part of my 5:2.

Currently, I use Michael Sealey’s ‘Weight Loss’ session on Youtube.

Sealey’s session seems to work well for me and I can recommend it. However, if anyone has experience with other sources, I’d like to be inspired to be able to switch between a couple different sessions.

Does anyone have suggestion for useful psychotherapy sessions that they can recommend?

    Thanks.

    – I meant hypnotherapy but I cannot seem to edit the post : /

I’ve always been afraid of hypnotherapy. I’m going to look at this on youtube and see if it’s a resource I might use. Thanks

Helping others often involves giving advice or assisting. In many cases, when we see others in need, we feel a need to help. However, there is a difference between helping and forcing someone to take action. Moving someone to do something can be sinful. If you feel the need to be supported by a specialist in the relationship category, I recommend you ask for help http://counsellinginmelbourne.com.au/everything-you-need-to-know-about-relationship-counselling because they offer the best advice to follow.
