  • Michael mentions Valter Longo recommendations on page 100 of The Fast Diet of .8 protein per kg of body weight per day and the recommended governmental guidelines which allow for a 50g per day.

    Where do I find tables showing the protein value of foods so I can keep to 50g a day?

    I used to do the Zone diet, and it had a list. Google “Zone diet list”, if I recall. It shows lists for all 3 micronutrients.
