I am at a pre-diabetes stage. I started an 16:8 intermittent fasting for two months ago. I recently added workout (aeorobic exercise on a tredmill combined with resistance training) near the end of the fasting zone. Howerever after the end of the workout (about half an hour) my glucoze levels are incresed. Is this normal? Is it safe to continue to wokrout at the end of my fasting zone?
