Over half way through first FD

  • I’ve read the book and feel inspired to improve my health and lose some weight in the process. I am fed up with calorie counting and constantly feeling hungry 24/7 and so 5:2 sounds great. I was a bit nervous to start, but I can say that so far it has not been as bad as I expected. I feel hungry but I’m just ignoring it as I know I can eat freely tomorrow. I’m keeping everything crossed that this works for me!

    Push on it really does get easier. Weigh and measure yourself, do a log, see the weight come off.

    I started on 07/10/13 want to improve my health and lose FAT felt hungry by 4pm but stuck it out desperate to see results.

    Pretty much at end of first day and survived!! Davidb17 have you done your second FD yet? Like you I am eager to see results. I’ll probably stand on the scales in the morning, although I know I should wait for a week rather than a day.!
