Only lost 1lb in 2 weeks!! Motivation please!!

  • Have been on 5:2 since Jan6th and have lost 2 stone with consistent weight loss. Really happy with that obviously! But just done my 2 week weigh in and only lost a 1lb 🙁 Not done anything different, I have another 8 stone to lose ideally, so at my size should have lost more surely! All the usual reasons I’ve explored such as overeating on non fast days, time of the month, and non of them apply. I am also walking 10000 steps a day just in my job. I know a 1lb off is at least a loss, but just feel it should be more with all the effort I’m putting in. Don’t want this weight loss to stop as that is when I give up and lose my motivation. Anyone got any ideas please???
