Have just completed my first week and lost an amazing 5 pounds.
Found that on my non fast days I was really conscious of what I was eating and did not
Shove loads of empty calories down my throat.looking forward to next week’s weigh in.

Well done to you all on your losses!
I’m just coming to the end of first week and had no trouble with the fast days just the odd belly grumble, which can moan all it likes!
Since starting I have kept a daily food diary and as a bloke have found it hard to put away 2000 calories let alone 2400! Anyone else find it a lot to eat?
Probably down the fact I have low carbed for the past year but as a 15st going for 13.5st just seems a lot to eat through the day, must try harder!
