I had some of those Yankee Candles for Christmas (other fragrant candles are available…) and having recently lit them, have found that they help me cope with the hunger in some weird way!
I know that smelling food make me crabby, but because I know I can’t eat them (unless it’s like hour 35 or something) it just gives my senses something to do.
Hope this can help anyone if it happens to work for you too!
Great tip Arianwen!

There was a big to do a while back about scent pens to help you loose weight.
One idea was a pen that smelled so bad it would take away your appetite. The others are sniffed before eating and were supposed to make you feel as if you had eaten so you would eat less.
But then if you ate the pens I guess bad things happened.
That’s a new one on me QuietOne! If only live were that simple! Think I’ll stick with Yankee Candles lol. 😉
You are very welcome Cinque 🙂
