Just discovered this forum, want to start fasting again, this thread is meant to talk about how to keep on track , how to keep having faith, support each other, etc. I live in the Netherlands,excuse me for my possibly bad English.
My start weight is 68. I fast 1 day a week and try to keep the weightloss the rest of the week. Challenge for me is : I lost around 11 kg last year this way, and I am a bit tired of it. but have to get another 9 kg off my weight. How do you fast, what are your challenges?
