Hi – I’d like to join in this challenge. I’m a 67year old female from the UK. Did 5:2 about 3years ago and lost two and a half stone but lapsed and regained a half stone so would like to lose this plus another two stone. I’ve been reading the forums for quite a while now and think I will benefit from actually being on the forum. I intend my fast days to be Saturdays and Wednesdays
Hi, can I be added to November list too please. Was doing well for most of October but lost my way towards end of month!
Hi @yellowandblue and @nanafixit
Somehow there seem to be two posts labelled November challenge – I think one started by Nanafixit instead of joining the existing thread.
You can find the November Challenge over at “November 2018 monthly challenge” https://thefastdiet.co.uk/forums/topic/november-2018-monthly-challenge/#post-270265
See you there 🙂
