Hi
Recent convert to fast diet, love the fast days because they give me a real buzz!
Regular days I find I’m eating too much (or maybe feel I am) so weight loss not been great. Any ideas on how not to overdo normal days??

I have a couple. You can try to avoid high cal food on non-fast days and eat more vegetables to satisfy your hunger. Or, if you like fasting, you can limit your eating on non-fast days to 8 hours. You don’t necessarily have to do these things on every non-fast day. It would depend on how fast you think you need to lose weight. I do however think it’s important to not go hungry on non-fast days so that you don’t slow down your metabolism. My idea is that I will eat a little too much on non-fast days, just not so much that I don’t lose weight, and that seems to happen pretty well if I avoid cream, butter, desserts, pastry, cheese etc but otherwise eat what I want. What I’m doing now, actually, since I’m at my goal, is overeating enough on non-fast days so that I can still do 2 fast days a week and not lose weight, eating more of those above mentioned “bad” things.
