Non fast day

  • Hi I had been doing fast diet for more than 6 months. I find that I am not loosing weight My TDEE is 1790 cal.
    I exercise moderately. Currently on Julia Buckley,s phase 2

    On my fast day s I eat only 600 cal at the most but on non fast days I don’t think I am hitting 1790 cal.
    is that why I am not seeing any change in my body??

    Its disappointing when others seem to be having success…i haven’t seen any change yet myself but this is only around my third week…i saw the suggestion to try 3 days of fasting in these cases Maybe this worth a try if you feel it do-able

    If it helps,I lost nothing for first three weeks, 6 kilos next three, midway through eighth week, nothing more yet.

    I think some folk need to put the brakes on increases first, I’ve been putting weight on pretty steadily for years, and it took a while to get that reverse gear.

    Stick with it and read through the forum posts, some huge success stories, though no one saying it’s a doddle – but definitely doable!!!

    I haven’t lost much either…don’t give up,stay positive. I’m making some changes and thinking about not eating so much on my non fast days. Will hopefully see some results soon!

    …i have given up! Not done any fasting days for a few weeks now, relatives been staying so my routine hasnt been as norm. However i do think it raises one’s awareness re the portion size and/or amount one regularly eats. I am not someone who has a problem with overeating – or so i thought, having started this programme i am changing my opinion about that last statement.
