    Yesterday was my second fast in this programme.
    I’ve noticed I find it easier not to eat at all until dinnertime instead of eating a few small meals.
    Actually I’m not too eager to eat on the “feast” days either, I just don’t feel the need, I eat because it’s healthy and thats how the programme works, but I do not feel any hunger pangs or have cravings at all.
    Have lost 2kg. so far, most of it will be water probably but I am pleased with the results anyway.

    There are a few of us who prefer to save up our calories for one meal in teh evening, so you are not alone.

    Wow, 3 kilo’s gone. That is a kilo per fast day!
    I know it will slow down, however I hope to keep this momentum for a little longer.

    I’m so thrilled for all those people that are seeing results on the scales or in losing cm’s.

    Would this be what most of us have been hoping for for years?
    A “diet” that just slips into a lifestyle, all the while enjoying our food as well!
    Amazing!
