Taking the plunge, downloaded book onto Kindle and planning on kicking off Monday with a Fast day – spending the weekend just looking at cupboards and fridge etc – also got the exercise book as have enrolled in a butt kick regime as need to get myself sorted. Am 5ft5 and 14st10 so lots to loose – taking it in bite size chunks though and would love to be in the 13st bracket in the next 9 weeks, so just over a pound a week loss! 9 weeks until I am on my holiday and feel that weight loss would give me a bit more confidence in getting in a swimsuit etc…. All help and support welcomed as I am someone who starts something but with work and life finds it difficult to maintain. Cheers, K
