  • just started the 5:2 challenge – the challenge being the fast days! Im on my second fast day this week and very hungry. I’ve decided not to eat anything at all and save my calories for my evening meal. the reason being that I find it easier not eating at all rather than having very small meals. another problem is constipation. I’m drinking lots of water but my system has gone into spasm! any suggestions would be welcome.

    Warm water and lemon juice first thing in the morning is a good kick start for me. I haven’t started my 5:2 yet but will soon. Looking forward to this 🙂
