Hi Everyone. Great to be here.
I’m new to fasting & the 5:2. Having watched The 5:2 diet on TV & seeing myself in photos where I was horrified to see my true overweight self. I’ve decided to embark on the 5:2 journey & have 3.5 stones to lose. Looking forward to reading other people’s coping strategies when they’re hungry, sharing recipes & supporting each other.

@our-gal-sal44 – welcome to the forum! I hope 5:2 & fasting helps you to reach your goals. There are on-going monthly challenges that you might find helpful. I’ve been doing them for a while now. A new one just started today – ‘Fresh Start September 2021 Challenge’. People from all over the world join in just to share their fasting experiences & encourage each other.
