Hi my name is Kirsty.
I’m 5ft5″ and although I have a problem with my pelvis I am reasonably fit and active, exercising 3 times a week.
I weigh 80.9kg and my initial target is 75kg hopefully by June.
I have done one day fast and am due to do my 2nd of the week tomorrow (thursday). I’m due to weigh in on Monday, my other fasting day of the week.
I am using lighter life 5:2 as it’s worry free and hassle free controlled calories. I especially liked the porridge.
I managed Monday quite well (my first fast day), although I wouldn’t say it was easy.
I have started to adapt my exercise as well to a version of fast exercise where I’m doing high intensity interval training, a little more than the fast diet book because I need to as I love exercise.
I’ve enjoyed reading some stuff on the forum as it’ll become invaluable to me as a source of support on those days that I’m struggling.
